Even if you don't like this point to much, we once have to talk about money. According to our price list we will bill you in advance for our server. Billing We bill people once we have receved their order once thay have paid the bill and it gets confirirmed your account will be open within less then 24 hours.

Here you find out how to protect your server by a password. Only players who know this password can join your server then. step 1. go to the admin contrall panel and select the server you are on and login step 2. Once loged in go to the bottom of the page and click Edit server.cfg

If you want to cancel your server, just send a mail to our support team. If you do not renew the payment of your server for 30 days, your server and client account will automatically be closed by the system and all files will be deleted.

In order to restart your server you have to see your server in the SA:MP server browser. * Right click on your server and choose Remote Console * Enter your rcon password in the dialog box which pops up. * Now enter exit in the console window and press enter. * Close the console box, your server has been restarted.

What to do? First of all: Calm down. An server attack is nothing else then a noob, having to much time. Second: Look up the server log and view if the problem is really caused by an attack. Third: Report the problem to deLUX Host using the Server Attack Report Form

Thats a damn good question. The idea of creating this hosting company came, when I saw the other SAMP hosting services and their pricelists. I cannot understand why other companies take 50 eurocent per slot or more for a service which costs not that much.
